About Me

Around 16 a doctor advised two options to get out of a difficult situation.

Rely on anti depressants or lift weights.

I was around 6ft 1, 47kg (105lbs). 17 years later i have gained 38kg, training every week.

Being a hypochondriac, I’ve never taken anabolic steroids either. Naturally I’m against drugs.

The reason I’m writing this isn’t to show off. I love to write, and I believe lifting weights solves a natural problem.

I believe that Lifting heavy weights is key for mental health.

If I can achieve anything with this blog, it would be to encourage people to start exercising as part of their mental health routine.

Gaining weight for me was slow. I would eat 4000 calories a day in the early days and not gain weight.

Not only that, I had it rough. I was so skinny and quiet – I was beaten up at home and school every week.

Muscle on the body was essential. So was learning to fight and building that mental fortitude. Nobody was coming to help me. I had to start this journey.

Learning all things fitness is a passion for me ever since. Follow my journey as I write and learn about the pursuit of strength, for mind and body. Checkout my recent stuff
